What types of classes does Fuego Flow offer? 

Fuego Flow is a vibrant and inclusive fitness program that offers two types of classes: Zumba classes and Yoga classes. Zumba is an energetic dance-based workout that combines Latin and international music with aerobic moves. Yoga is a centuries-old practice that focuses on breathing techniques and physical postures to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.

What does the name Fuego Flow mean? 

We wanted a name that captured the essence of Zumba's fun vibrancy and Yoga's centered energy. "Fuego" means fire in Spanish and it embodies the fiery spirit of Zumba, evoking its Latin heritage with its sizzling rhythms and exciting music. Meanwhile "Flow" embraces our Yoga aspect, hinting at a transformative experience where strength is discovered through fluid movement, synchronizing your body with the rhythm of your breath. Do I need to have any prior experience in dance or yoga to attend classes?

Fuego Flow classes, that we are currently offering, are suited for all skill levels. You don't need any previous dance or yoga experience  You can modify the intensity and pace to suit your preferences. During yoga classes the instructor will offer modifications to make the pose assesible for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, our classes will challenge you, inspire you and make you sweat.

How long are the classes? 

Our Zumba classes typically run for 45 minutes. A full Yoga session will be 60 minutes long. We will allow ample time for registration, set up as well as for warm-ups, the main workout, and a cool-down period to help you ease into and out of the exercise. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the class so you have time to register and set up. There is a space to change in both our class locations. Please note that we don't have showers or lockers available to customers at this time

What should I bring to the classes?

For Zumba classes, you don't need any equipment, just wear comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes. You can also bring a small towel for all the glowing and sweating. For Yoga classes, consider wearing flexible clothing and don't forget BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat). We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the classes.

Do I have to book ahead of time? 

Yes! We encourage you to book classes in advance to secure your spot. Our classes may fill up quickly, so reserving in advance guarantees your spot in the class of your choice. You can start by choosing your pricing plan HERE. You can get a single class, a pack of 5/10 or one of the unlimited plans. Select your preferred pricing plan and complete the registration process. After that you can book your class HERE. Select your preferred class, date, and time and apply the pricing plan you purchased. For any assistance, our customer support team is available to help you with the registration.

Where are the classes? How do I get to your locations? 

We currently offer classes in South Dublin only.

Classes will be hosted in the main gym on the 1st floor. There is a reception counter available. ​

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can either pay directly on our website through our booking system or choose to pay later when you come to the class. We accept both credit card payments, Revolut transfers, or cash (on location).

How can I reschedule or cancel a class?

You can easily reschedule or cancel a class that you have booked following these directions. First, you have to log in to the website with the same account that you previously used to purchase and book your class. You can find the "Log In" button in the top right corner.

When logged in, the My Bookings link will appear in the main menu of the website. Follow the link, and for each class that you have booked, you will see an option to "Reschedule" or "Cancel". You will then be able to reschedule your class for a day that suits you. If you choose to cancel your class, the paid-for session will be credited back to your account, and you will be able to use it for another class.
